For units that support two-way communication (such as the RM4010, ICP, ICP+, INT250, and INT300) use the Commands icon (command icon) in Unit Detail to send a command now or schedule a command to be sent at a later date and time. You can also send commands from Detailed Unit Status, Unit System Status, and All Units pages or use the Send Commands in the Units menu to send commands or delete scheduled commands that have not been sent.

The procedures below explain how to perform the following tasks:

  3. Click the down arrow and select a command from the list of options.
For example, select Profile on Demand to receive battery voltage level, DC input voltage level, longitude and latitude coordinates, and firmware version.
  4. Click Send Now if you want to send the command now.

    2. Type a time in the Time field using 24-hour format to indicate hours, minutes, and/or seconds (HH:MM:SS or HH:MM). For example, type 23:30 to send the command at 11:30pm.
