Use the main menu and submenus to navigate the Asset Tracker website. The main menu includes the Assets, Units, Admin, My Profile, Reports, Billing, News, and Help menus. The table below provides an overview of each menu and submenu, as well as the navigation path to each one. The Client Admin assigns security roles to each user or user group, which determines the submenus that are visible in the main menu. The security roles include Asset Admin, Billing Admin, Client Admin, and Unit Admin. The submenus that are only visible to a user or user group with a certain security role are noted in the table.

Assets submenus are only available to users or user groups with an Asset Admin security role. Click Assets to display Asset System Status and view a status summary of assets assigned to your user name. Hover the mouse over Assets to access the following submenus:
- Asset Type Editor: Click Assets > Asset Type Editor.
Use Asset Type Editor to add new assets, set up asset properties and data points, map assets to units, create asset alerts, and apply asset icons.
- Asset Admin: Click Assets > Asset Admin.

Asset Admin to add new assets and groups, deactivate and activate assets and groups, display general asset settings (mapped units, alerts, and location), and display general asset group settings (product map, alerts, and location).

Click Units to display Unit System Status and view the status of units assigned to your user name. Hover the mouse over Units to access the following submenus:
- Unit Admin: Click Units > Unit Admin. Only available to users or user groups with a Unit Admin security role.
Use Unit Admin to manage units and unit groups, assign security rights, and edit unit data point settings.
- Send Commands: Click Units > Send Command or click the Commands icon in Unit Detail.
Use Send Commands to add, send, or delete a command for a unit that supports two way communication, such as the RM4010, ICP, ICP+, INT250, and INT300.
- Template Editor: Click Units > Template Editor. Only available to users or user groups with a Unit Admin security role.
Use Template Editor to create a unit template with unit and data point settings.
- Monitor: Click Units > Monitor.
Use Monitor to view the status of units and assets set up for event monitoring.
- Detailed Unit Status: Click Units > Detailed Unit Status.
Use Detailed Unit Status to view Unit Status, Unit Detail, and Current Alerts for all units assigned to your user ID.
- All Units: Click Units > All Units.
Use All Units to view all units assigned to your user ID. The All Units page can be customized by users to include selected column headings.

Admin submenus are only available to users or user groups with a Client Admin security role. Hover the mouse over Admin to access the following submenus:
- Client Profile: Click Admin > Client Profile.
Use Client Profile to specify a reporting time zone and setup client contact information.
- Security: Click Admin > Security.
Use Security to assign security roles to users and user groups for Asset Admin, Billing Admin, Client Admin, and Unit Admin.
- User Admin: Click Admin > User Admin.
Use User Admin to manage users, user groups, and reset a user password.
- Contact Groups: Click Admin > Contact Groups.
Use Contact Groups to create a list of users to be notified when an alert occurs using contact methods set up in Client Profile or My Profile.

Use My Profile to edit or view User Information (name, time zone, and password), User Contact Information (email, address, phone, etc.), and Website Preferences (landing page selection).

Use Reports to view, print, and export unit reports and Extracts. The following types of reports are available for selection:
- Units: Incoming Packets, Outgoing Packets, Accumulator Report, Alerts, and Inventory Report
- Login History
- Billing
Note: Extracts is only available to users or user groups with a Client Admin security role. The Extract report is an optional feature that requires a one-time setup fee and activation by Technical Support. Use this report to export certain data to Pipeline Compliance System (PCS), such as channel measurement data.

Billing submenus are only available to users or user groups with either a Billing Admin or Client Admin security role. Hover the mouse over Billing to access the following submenus:
- Billing Admin: Click Billing > Billing Admin.
Use Billing Admin to view unit billing plan information and to change a unit's Cost Center.
- Billing Report: Click Billing > Billing Report.
Use Billing Report to view or print a billing report.
- Cost Center Setup: Click Billing > Cost Center Setup.
Use Cost Center Setup to create a new cost center.
- Unit Billing Data: Click Billing > Unit Billing Data.
Use Unit Billing Data to create customized reports (Preferences).
