Asset Detail provides detailed status information about a single asset. It includes the current operating and data point status in addition to the information in the following list:
- asset name and map location
- asset mapping and performance
- asset status
- data point measurement data
- unit activity and alert data
- incoming and outgoing packet data
Several methods are available throughout the website for displaying Asset Detail. The following procedures explain how to use the most common methods. In each of the procedures below, drill down to display a list of assets and then click the asset name to display Asset Detail.
Using Asset System Status to Display Asset Detail
- Click Assets in the main menu.
- Click the name of a status category, such as In Alarm, Normal, or Not Responding to display a list of units in that category.
- Click a unit name to select it.
- Use either of the following methods to display Asset Detail:
- Click the gear icon associated with the selected asset.
- Click Asset Details in the map bubble of Asset Map.
Using Current Alerts in Asset Map to Display Asset Detail
- Click Assets in the main menu to display Asset System Status.
- If the asset is listed in Current Alerts table of Asset System Status, click the asset link in the Asset column.
- Click Asset Details in the map bubble of Asset Map.
