Units: Viewing Command History and Status

Use Send Commands to view the status and history of scheduled commands for units that support two way communication, such as the ICP, ICP+, INT250, and INT300.

 

Click the refresh icon () to see the latest unit information.

To view the status of scheduled or sent commands

  1. Hover the mouse over Units in the main menu and then click Send Commands.
  2. Click the Schedule tab if it is not currently displayed.
  3. The most current information is displayed at the top of the table. The current status of a sent or scheduled command is shown in the Status column. The Completion column displays the completion and success rate of the command. Hover your mouse over the tech tip icon () to display more information about how the Complete and Success percentages are calculated.

  4. To see additional information about the unit where the command was or will be sent, click the plus icon () next to Commands (under the Type column).

 

To view the history of sent commands
  1. Use the Send Commands menu as follows:
    1. Hover the mouse over Units in the main menu and then click Send Commands.
    2. Click the History tab.
      The table is sortable by any of the column headings.
    3. To sort the History by either Scheduled Time or Status Date, click the arrow next to the field in that column and select a date from the calendar. To clear the date, click Clear in the pop-up calendar window.
      The History table updates after each of your selections.
    4. To filter the History table by unit group, unit name, ID, type, serial number, or system serial number, click in the Filter field (above the table) and select the group or unit from the units displayed. You can also type the group name, unit name, ID, type, serial number, or system serial number in the field.
    5. To filter the History table by unit type, click the arrow next to the Unit Type field and select a type from the list.

OR

  1. View sent commands in Unit Detail as follows:
    1. Select a unit from a display page, such as All Units or Unit Admin.
    2. Click the Details link.
    3. Click the Outgoing Packets tab.
      The table is sortable by any of the column headings.
    4. To export the history to an Excel or CSV file, click the Excel () or CSV () icon.

OR

  1. View sent commands in Reports as follows:
    1. Click Reports.
    2. Hover the mouse over Units and then click Outgoing Packets.
    3. Select report options in Required Filters and then click Run Report.
    4. Refer to Reports for more information on running, printing, and exporting reports.
