Billing Admin allows you to view unit billing plan information and to change a unit's Cost Center. The Billing Admin table displays units, cost center, billing plan, bill period, and activity. The billing data and actvity information is broken down by month and includes a monthly total and any overages. Currently, Billing Admin only includes data from June 2010. Prior billing data can be viewed in Reports.
Only the Billing Admin users can edit the cost center and view a unit's plans and yearly fee date. If you are a Billing Admin user, you can perform any of the following tasks when working in Billing Admin:

To access Billing Admin, click Billing > Billing Admin and then perform any of the following tasks:
To filter the navigation pane by Unit Name, Cost Center, Serial, Unit Type, or System Serial:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Type a name, number, or part of a name or number of a Unit, Cost Center, Serial, Unit Type, or System Serial in the Filter field.
- Press Enter.
To view units in the navigation pane by Unit Group, Bill Plan, or Cost Center:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Click the arrow in the View By field and select Unit Group, Bill Plan, or Cost Center.
To sort the Units table by column heading: ˆtop of pageˆ
- Click the column heading to sort the table in ascending or decending order.
To view billing plan information by Bill Period: ˆtop of pageˆ
- Select a Group (Unit Group, Bill Plan, or Cost Center) from the navigation pane.
- Click the Units tab.
- Click the arrow in the Bill Period field and select a billing period.

To change Cost Center for one or more units:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Select a Group (Unit Group, Bill Plan, or Cost Center) from the navigation pane.
- Click the Units tab.
- Click the check box next to the unit name.
- To select all units in the table, click the check box next to the Unit column heading.
- Click the arrow in the Change Cost Center field and select the new cost center.
- Click the save icon (diskette) to apply changes.

- To change a single unit's cost center, select a unit from the navigation pane.
- Click Unit Plan & Info tab.
- Click the arrow in the Cost Center field and select the new cost center.
- Click the Save button to apply changes.
To view client plans:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Select a Group (Unit Group, Bill Plan, or Cost Center) from the navigation pane.
- Click the Client Plans tab.
- Click the minus (-) or plus (+) next to a side heading in the table to hide (-) or expand (+) information related to that heading.
To view billing activity for a unit:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Select a unit from the navigation pane.
- Click the Activity tab.
To view cost center and bill plan information for a unit:ˆtop of pageˆ
- Select a unit from the navigation pane.
- Click the Unit Plan & Info tab.
