The Procedure below explains how to set up an accumulator data point in the Settings tab of Unit Admin. The procedure applies to any unit type in the AMR6 family (AMR6-GSM, AMR6-GSM2, AMR6-SAT, and AMR6-ORB). For general unit data point settings, see the links in Related Topics below.
To set up an accumulator data point, follow these steps:
- Click Unit > Unit Admin and then select an AMR6-GSM, AMR6-GSM2, AMR6-SAT, or AMR6-ORB unit in the navigation pane.
- Click Accumulator 1 in the navigation pane and then click the Settings tab.
- Click the down arrow in Calculated Use Date and select a date in the calendar. The selected date serves as a base date in reports for calculating the difference in readings.
- Click Save to save the setting or Reset to return the setting to the original date.
- If the AMR6 unit type includes a second accumulator, click Accumulator 2 and then repeat steps 3 and 4.
